I have suffered from recurrent cellulitis from a brown recluse bite I suffered about ten years ago. I have been on numerous antibiotics over that time, have required several hospitalizations, one surgery and missed many days of work due to this condition. I am happy to report that after using 2 tubes of wound jelly, I have not had to take antibiotics for at least four months wjich is a milestone for me. It is certainly worth a try for any chronic wound in light of the many problems long term antibiotic therapy can cause.
